Review: Model organisms facilitate rare disease diagnosis and therapeutic research

We wrote a focused review article that discusses how model organism research facilitates both diagnosis of rare human diseases and translational studies for therapy. Model organism scientists and clinical geneticists in the UDN in the US and RDMM in Canada collaboratively wrote this piece.
