Large-scale identification of chemically induced mutations in Drosophila melanogaster

In collaboration with Dr. Rui Chen at the Human Genome Sequencing Center at BCM, we utilized next-generation sequencing to identify hundreds of chemically induced mutations that we isolated through a large-scale forward genetic screen on the fly X-chromosome.
